We are looking for a talented Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team and work directly with one of our clinics that offers both plastic surgery and medical aesthetics.
This position is responsible for working together with the doctor and manager of the clinic as well as the corporate marketing team.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop a scalable marketing strategy incorporating both traditional and digital marketing channels, be able to roll that strategy out across the clinic and measure and track data to adjust strategies accordingly.
Responsibilities
Create a scalable marketing strategy for the clinic
Act as liaison with CPP corporate marketing team and time management providing properly branded copy/video/photos for the website, social media, monthly newsletter, in-office events, trainings, and other various marketing strategies
Working in partnership with aesthetic brands, develop creative communications to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and patient lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Manage content and updates for patient and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
Gather patient and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase patient conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Management of website including general functionality; reviewing accuracy and branding of copy whether print, video, audio along with the ease of navigation, speed via desktop and/or mobile devices
Management of social media plan (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.
) and website marketing having the authority to work with and assign copy and video tasks to physician/providers and other office staff with deadlines
Learn and utilize NexTech EMR software to become fluent in the utilization of patient/MD/provider schedule, referral/marketing promotion tracking, reporting and data exports, reviewing NexSpa VIP program tracking capabilities
Identifies and presents local and regional opportunities for advertising channels including speaking engagement assignments for physician and providers, creating individual community involvement from scheduling to tracking the success of events
Management of event planning through execution; associated event driven revenue tracking and comparison to prior events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Excellent listening, written, verbal and proofreading communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Understands market data, trends, patient attitudes and behaviors and the competitive landscape to maximize current and future opportunities
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and other digital tools
