_*Technical Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities*_:
* *Client Consultation:* Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific basement repair needs and concerns.
* *Site Inspection:* Perform on-site inspections to assess the scope of work required for waterproofing and foundation repair projects.
* *Proposal Development:* Prepare detailed and accurate project proposals, outlining recommended solutions, cost estimates, and project timelines.
* *Product Knowledge:* Stay abreast of the latest technologies and products in basement repair to effectively communicate and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.
* *Customer Education:* Educate clients on the importance of basement repair, addressing their questions and concerns to build confidence and trust.
* *Sales Presentations:* Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of choosing Toledo Basement Repair for their waterproofing and foundation needs.
* *Relationship Building:* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
_*Qualifications:*_
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
* Strong willingness to learn, knowledge of basement repair and waterproofing concepts is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to assess and understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education and Experience Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent education required
* 2 Year Technical degree preferred
* 3 years of _*Sales*_ experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
