Job Summary:
Battery Wholesale is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented PT Retail Sales Technician to join our team in the Toledo, Ohio area.
As a Floating Retail Sales Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing skilled labor tasks related to battery installation and repair.
This is a part-time, hourly position with the possibility for growth within the company.
Closed Sundays.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position pays $14.
50 per hour and offers biweekly pay.
Additionally, PT Retail Sales Technicians at Battery Wholesale are eligible for employee discounts and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with product selection
- Perform battery installations, replacements, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Accurately process transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and restocking products
- Continuously educate and train on new products and services offered at Battery Wholesale
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of automotive and/or marine batteries preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
