```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluations and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication across departments
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of nursing services
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth
```Requirements```
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care facilities
- Strong knowledge of acute care, hospice care, nursing home, home health, and other relevant areas of nursing practice
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a team of nurses
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- In-depth understanding of physiology and medical terminology
- Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to upholding ethical standards in patient care
