Summer Teacher/Paraprofessional (Delta and Swanton)

Are you ready to help the next generation of workers? PARTNERS in Employment is searching for a Summer Coach that will be responsible for helping a small group (no more than 4) of high school students understand what it means to have a job.
The focus is on soft skill development, teamwork, interpersonal skill building, and responsibility.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
The program runs May 28 - Aug 9, with the week of July 4th off.
We have locations in Delta and Swanton available.
People that make successful summer coaches typically – \*Have patience and connect with teenagers \*Are reliable and trustworthy \*Like to learn new things/are naturally curious \*Want to help others reach their goals \*Hate drama and toxic work environments You must have a High School Diploma or GED as well as a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
You must be able and willing to provide transportation to high school students.
Teaching or training experience is encouraged but motivation to learn and a kind personality are accepted in lieu of experience.
This position starts at $15.
00/hour but previous teaching/paraprofessional experience or college courses in education is considered Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
