Preschool Teacher

Duties: - Implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children.
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Help with behavior management and promote positive social interactions among students.
- Collaborate with co-teacher in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed.
- Assist with the supervision of students during outdoor playtime and other activities.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure the well-being of students at all times.
Skills: - Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children.
- Basic understanding of math concepts to support student learning.
Note: Experience in curriculum development or additional certifications in early childhood education are a plus.
