- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for Toddler children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Plan and lead educational activities, including language development, physical education, and early intervention techniques
- Foster social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning community
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working with toddler-aged children is preferred not required
- Knowledge of child development principles and curriculum development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred not required)
