- Compassionate, patient, and able to provide emotional support to individuals in need
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Summary
The DSP (Direct Support Professional) position requires a compassionate individual with core skills in caregiving and premium skills in assisted living, ADLs, patient care, and working with people with developmental disabilities.

Experience in areas like nursing home care, Alzheimer's care, and hospice care is beneficial.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with tasks such as medication administration, care plans, and communication skills.
