• Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend • OTR all 48 states – majority of freight is East of I-35 but we go where the freight goes • Drivers average 2200+ miles per week • ALL no touch freight • 50-60% drop & hook • 40-50% Live Unload • No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs Additional details: • 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KW's • Average length of haul is over 600 miles • Operations specialist you can talk with whenever you need 24/7 • All shifts are empowered for your needs Vacation Package • 1 year = 1 week • 3 years = 2 weeks • 7 years = 3 weeks • 15 years = 4 weeks PayScale through 2/16/24 3 – 23 MOE: 56cpm 24+ MOE: 60cpm ***PayScale beginning 2/19/24** 0 months .
