*OTR between 2 and 5 weeks depends on the state you want to take your breaks in *, and you can *take the truck home* with you during your trips.

* *CDL-A LICENSE*: You must possess a valid CDL-A license, enabling you to drive with confidence.
* *OTR EXPERIENCE*: Have a *minimum* of *2 years over-the-road *experience, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the industry.
* *REEFER EXPERIENCE*: Ideally, you have at least 6 months of reefer experience or a comparable background.
* *CLEAN DRIVING RECORD*: A spotless driving record with no accidents is essential to ensure safety and maintain our high standards.
