Job Summary:
The individual filling this position will work a combination of first and third shift with the benefit of being home every night.
This individual will maintain and operate a tanker truck, transporting liquid materials to and from job sites.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely operate a tanker truck to transport liquid materials to and from jobsites
Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working condition
Maintain cleanliness of the truck
Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies related to handling and transportation of hazardous materials
Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and other team members
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must hold a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
Must have a current valid DOT physical
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Demonstrate good judgement and discretion
Strong communication skills
Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends as required by business demands
Education and Experience:
2-3 years driving experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Working Environment and Physical Demands:
Ability to hear and see effectively to perform job duties
Ability to climb, bend, sit, and stand.
Ability to maintain consciousness
