Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Act as the main point of contact and handle clients' individual needs.
Policy Management and Renewals: Oversee client accounts, including policy renewals and modifications.
Ensure that all client requests and inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service by understanding the clients' insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
Resolve any issues or concerns clients may have with their policies or services.
Sales Opportunities Identification: Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling of products and services.
Keep a keen eye on potential new business opportunities or referrals and communicate these to the sales team.
Feedback and Reporting: Collect and report feedback from clients to improve services and products.
Regularly update the management and sales teams about clients' status and new opportunities.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients with insurance claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Liaise with claims adjusters and underwriters as necessary.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all dealings with clients are conducted ethically and in compliance with legal and company guidelines.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to relay information about potential leads and assist in the transition of these leads into new business.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the agencys insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Client Education: Educate clients on the features and benefits of policies, helping them make informed decisions.
