*Duties*
* This posting is for overnight shift only! Shift time is set at 11pm-7am.

* Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift.
* Perform night audit, as well as various cleaning tasks such as taking out trash, sweeping and mopping common areas.
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
* Preparing coffee daily and to-go breakfast bags on weekdays.
* Communicate with other shifts and departments regarding ongoing matters at the property.
* Assist with guest requests and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay.
* Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and reservations.
* Monitor the hotel premises for security purposes and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
* Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls in a professional manner.
* Restocking items from storage that may be low in the Front Desk area.
Also the coffee station.
* Able to develop a sound environment with fellow coworkers.
*Experience*
* Entry level, no previous experience required but it is desired.
* Previous hotel experience or customer service experience is a huge plus.
* PEP hotel system knowledge is a huge plus.
* Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.
* Must be English proficient.
Additional languages are sought after.
* Excellent and confident verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with multiple people in front of you, even if they are displeased.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Someone who will triple count something if they are unsure.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve guest issues effectively.
Minimum of two references will be required.
Teachers, former bosses, someone not related.
