Office Assistant
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Basic accounting, Accounts Recievable/Payable, Titling etc.
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Assist with office management duties such as maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Have basic Exel, computer skills
* Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to clients and customers.
- Proficient in clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Basic accounting skill
- Front desk experience, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls.
- Administrative skills such as calendar management and organizing meetings.
- Typing skills to efficiently handle correspondence and documentation.
- Knowledge of office management procedures to assist with various tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
