Position Summary
Responsible for administrative support of the President & Chief Executive Officer of Genacross Lutheran Services and the Genacross Lutheran Services Board of Directors.
Provides administrative support for the Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations and Vice President of Home & Community Based Services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provides direct administrative support to the President and Chief Executive Officer of Genacross Lutheran Services and the Genacross Lutheran Services Board of Directors.
· Provides administrative support to the Sr.
Vice President of Finance & Operations including spreadsheet preparation and other related reports.
· Provides administrative support to the Vice President of Home and Community based Services.
· Responsible for oversight of Genacross Ministry Support office management.
· Maximizes the stewardship of all resources.
· Performs other duties as assigned by President & Chief Executive Officer of Genacross Lutheran Services.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
· Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
Three to five years of executive level support will be considered in lieu of degree.
· Three to five years of experience in administrative level support.
· Maintains notary public in the State of Ohio.
· Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to learn new software application as required by the position.
· Possesses strong organizational skills.
· Requires strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to interact with residents, family members and county caseworkers.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Understands directions, communicates and responds to inquiries promptly.
Miscellaneous Details
· Physical demands are primarily light in nature with lifting less than ten pounds; sitting, reaching, handling, filing, talking, hearing and seeing.
· Working conditions are inside in well-lighted, well-ventilated areas.
