Resident Aide Wolf Creek Campus

SIGN-ON BONUS of $1,500 or $750 PICK-UP INCENTIVE of $6/hour and 2nd Shift Premium of $1/hour Genacross Lutheran Services - Wolf Creek Campus is in need of Resident Aides to help take care of our residents in Assisted Living.
We have full-time 1st shift positions available from 6am-2pm, full-time and part-time 2nd shift positions available from 2pm-10pm.
This position is responsible for assisting residents with their daily personal needs and assist them with maintaining a pleasant living environment.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion to assist our aging population in their own living environment on our campus.

Primary responsibilities: Provide quality personal care to ensure that residents are comfortable and are provided with the highest quality of care.
Complete administrative requirements to ensure that proper documentation is maintained.
Assists the residents with daily tasks related to dining and the resident activities program.
Focus on resident's individualized needs and encourage resident's ability to make personal choices.
Observe and report changes in resident conditions and assist them with general housekeeping duties.
Qualifications: Preferred training in CPR and First Aid.
Knowledge of Assisted Living Care Great interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
